TrainingTips.com: Can you elaborate on how creating individual nutrition plans can help complement specific training goals?
Albert: There are three components to living a healthy lifestyle: exercise, diet, and sleep. When you slack on any one of those areas, your body will feel the effects or not make the progress you are looking for. Since I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), I am able to fine tune people’s diets based on their lifestyles by letting them know how they can adjust their diets based on their goals, and guiding them in the right direction down the road. It’s not possible to remove all the bad habits from one’s lifestyle but finding balance through diet is something I try to achieve with all my clients. This leads to improvements in the gym, and also my client’s wellbeing.
